Charmaine began her career in 1986 working for the Department of Defense. This journey led to a 32-year career with the federal government. Charmaine has worked in various capacities throughout her career, and her experience working with the U.S. Department of Education White House Faith-Based Initiative has equipped her to be one of the leading ladies in helping organizations grow and develop working with operational budgets in excess of 30 billion dollars.
Today, Charmaine is the proud owner of Charm’s Consulting Services, LLC where she assists clients in becoming a better version of themselves by providing them with the necessary tools and resources that will transform their life.
