About Charmaine
Living in the Lord's Grace
Charmaine began her career
in 1986 working for the Department of Defense. This journey led to a 32-year
career with the federal government. Charmaine has worked in various capacities
throughout her career, and her experience working with the U.S. Department of
Education White House Faith-Based Initiative has equipped her to be one of the
leading ladies in helping organizations grow and develop working with
operational budgets in excess of 30 billion dollars.
Today, Charmaine is the
proud owner of Charm’s Consulting Services, LLC where she assists clients in
becoming a better version of themselves by providing them with the necessary
tools and resources that will transform their life.
Charmaine is affectionately known as the “MAC Lady” who is focused
on Making a difference, Adding value, and Creating change through
transformation. Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Management at
Wilberforce University. She obtained her master’s degree in Business from
Central Michigan University, and a master’s certification in Project Management
from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and a John Maxwell
Certified Trainer. Charmaine was the Professional Organization of Women of Excellence
Recognized (P.O.W.E.R) honoree and was selected as Woman of the Month, in additions
to receiving various meritorious and special achievement awards.
