With a remarkable 32-year career in the federal government, Charmaine has navigated key roles at the Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Education White House Faith-Based Initiative, and other pivotal agencies. Her extensive experience has made her a leading force in organizational growth and development.
Today, Charmaine is the dynamic CEO of Charm’s Consulting Services, LLC, a highly sought-after executive coach, and a beacon of positive change. Known affectionately as the “MAC Lady” (Making a difference, Adding value, Creating change), she empowers clients to become the best versions of themselves, providing transformative tools and resources.
